How much does it cost? Is there a commission?
€30/month per club, all locations included, and the first season is free. No commission for the club. Players pay a service fee of €0.49 for each booking share paid online, not on club tournaments. Stripe fees are paid by the club, as with any card payment.
When does the money arrive?
Straight into the club account via Stripe. Deuce does not hold it.
Do my customers need the app?
No: you can also manage customers, bookings and sign-ups for people without the app.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes, with a single subscription for the whole club.
Can I accept payments at the front desk?
Yes, you record them in the Manager and the revenue export includes them.
Does Deuce issue invoices to players?
No. The Manager gives you a revenue export for your accountant.
How do I bring my customers to Deuce?
Invite them by email or with a link: they accept from the app and get linked to their customer record.
How do players pay?
In the app with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or directly at the club.
Do I need a long contract?
No: it is a monthly subscription, and the first season is free.
